If the applicant resides in a
state other than Minnesota, the applicant needs to also complete
the
Application with Irrevocable Consent form |

If the applicant resides in a
state other than Minnesota, the applicant needs to also provide
a letter from their county attorney stating that their state has
no auctioneer laws (Iowa is one example). If the state does have
auctioneer laws we do need to have a certified copy of their
regulations and a certified copy of their auctioneers license
from that state. |

The applicant needs to obtain
an original bond. The bond should be for $1000.00. The bond
should go for a one-year period from date of bond to one year
out. Auctioneer’s Licenses are renewed annually but do not go
from a specific date to a specific date. The auctioneer may
license when he or she wishes for one year. |

appropriately signed, notarized, and drawn in favor of MOWER
COUNTY. |

Verify the dates on the bond. |

Fill out a
Worker’s Comp Insurance form |

|

$20.00 for the license fee. |
|
|
