PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENTION OF MOWER COUNTY TO ADOPT A LOCAL OPTION SALES TAX FOR ROAD & BRIDGE PROJECTS
The Mower County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 9:05 AM in the Commissioner’s Room, lower level of the Mower County Government Center at 201 First Street NE, Austin, MN.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider comments by the public and governing bodies of cities and towns within the county, all in regard to the Mower County Board of Commissioners’ proposed extension of the local option ½ cent sales tax for road & bridge projects and modifications to the 10-year Transportation Capital Improvement Plan.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
