Local Board of Appeal & Equalization

In Spring 2025, property owners will receive a Notice of Valuation and Classification for taxes payable in the year 2026. This is to notify you of both the market value and classification of your property for which your 2026 property tax will be based on. 

If you feel the property information is not correct or disagree with the market value and/or classification, please contact the County Assessor’s office first to discuss your questions and concerns.
