Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Helps Minnesotans with low incomes, including temporary low incomes, get the food they need for nutritious and well-balanced meals. The program provides extra support to help stretch a household's food budget and is not meant to cover all the groceries a family needs. Visit here for details.

To apply for food assistance, apply online through MN Benefits Website or complete the Combined Application Form and call our office for an appointment.

Please note that the most important part of your application for SNAP is an interview. After you have submitted your application, an Eligibility Worker will reach out to you via phone to conduct the interview. It is important that you provide a working phone number on your application so you can be reached.
